I have received PhD from Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, UK. I have subsequently been a Post-Doctoral Researcher for almost one year after completion of doctoral degree. My doctoral research is in the field of HRM with key focus on “Determinants of Employee Readiness for Organisational Change”. I am currently working as a Professor, Business-Human Resources Management, Al Yamamah University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I have more than sixteen years of teaching and research experience at the level of Graduate, M.Phil/MS, and PhD in the field of Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior. My research work has been previously published in many research journals such as International Strategic Management Review (ISMR), International Journal of Logistics System and Management (IJLSM), Journal of Enterprise Information Management (JEIM), etc. Under my supervision, 4 PhD degrees are awarded, 2 submitted for evaluation and 7 students are at different stages of their research. I have been collaborative researcher with Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, UK since last five years. My contribution is recognized as leading edge in terms of my research. My primary research interests include employee commitment to the organisation and career, job satisfaction, employee readiness for change, and social relationships in the workplace. My current research focuses on organisational justice, social exchanges, ethical behavior, talent management and personality traits.
